Total failure. Rude and unprofessional staff. Very few viewing of the house. Promised communication failed to happen as the norm. Poor quality photographs of house and near illiterate description of house and garden. Agents appear to be in league with the one buyer to get a cut down price so the house could be rented out by them. If you want to sell a home in Hucknall try another agent.

I have a buy to let property in Barking bought from and managed by the local Bairstow Eves office. I'm VERY unhappy with the service I receive from them. I pay a monthly service charge and yet get no service.Every month, the rent paid to Countrywide by Housing Benefit on my tenant's behalf goes astray. Every month it takes weeks of emails to trace the money despite my tenant sending a reference number. Housing Benefit have invited Countrwide to sign up to the landlord's portal so they know exactly when the rent is being paid. I have no idea whether Countrywide have signed up because neither they nor the Barking office respond to my emails. The January rent has not yet been paid to me. This is causing problems with mortgage payments, service charges etc. I'm certain my tenant is not the only person in receipt of Housing Benefit that Countrywide deal with and yet they seem to have no system for dealing with what is after all public money.When I tried to submit this on your feedback form, this is what I gotWe're sorry, but something went wrong.If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.

Absolute worst estate agents! Took our 6 months rent upfront told us we could move into the property only to be told 5 hours after we were due to get the keys that we weren’t allowed to have the property after all! We had paid for removals and were literally sitting outside the house only to be mucked about for the entire day. Very disappointing and if we could give them zero stars we would!

GoogleThe team at Bairstow Eves Burnham-on-Crouch are warm, friendly and very helpful. Nice light, cozy office. Jade gave us weekly progress reports that were delivered in a friendly positive manner and not forgetting the 'ever helpful' Tom. The property was sold quickly but a few challenging problems arose from the buyers chain that put the Manager (Maxine)to the test Without Maxine's determination and grit to succeed we would have given up, she made it happen. Maxine you are a STAR! A big thank you from the Thompson's.

Dishonest, incompetent, the last 18 months have been infuriating stressful and costly, systemic failures in their property management team, did not manage the property licensing process, Help2 Rent tenant, let the H2R rent guarantee expire, so no rent cover and tenant in significant arrears, a personal data breach, lost keys, among a litany of failures. Avoid this company at all costs look around do t be fooled by the size of this company, it’s size dwarfs its ability to manage a single property with competence or integrity.

While in the process of purchasing a property i had my mortgage adviser and solicitor, but the agent pressured me into using their services by stating multiple times on the phone the seller would rather the buyer use their services. After the third time i was pressured into saying yes because in all the telephone conversations i was not getting anywhere until I said yes.The mistake I made was having all this conversation in a telephone conversation instead of emails. Their complaint department just threw the case under the bus because I had no evidence and their telephone conversations were not recorded.I avoid this company and their services.

GoogleMy recent experience of selling my house via baistow eves in burnham on crouch was one I can only say was exceptionally good The staff were so helpful, always on the ball, keep me informed of all that was going on every step of the way. If I had any quieries, concerns with form filling etc etc they were always ready to help. Jade whom I usually dealt with was excellent. A great bunch. Well done and thankyou.

They call you without saying who they are spying and acting like it’s your estate agent selling your home that you have chosen. I’m positive they are breaking data protection has they impersonate another acting estate agents. It’s not until you say can you conform who you are when you’ll be surprised to see it’s a spying estate agent asking for personal confidential information from you. I’ve recorded the calls to send onto the ombudsman has it’s against regulations.

GoogleI've been dealing with the girls here since February 2019. I can honestly say I cannot fault them in any way. Tina, Jenny, Nicola and Maxine are fantastic and have been there every step of the way if I had any questions or had problems with solicitors. Estate agents get a bad rep way too often, but I can safely say I've had a brilliant experience here and would recommend to anybody! Thank you!
