GoogleVery good experience with Paul and Luke. I was buying and Ardent acted for vendors. Very good experience with both. They kept the whole process going helping to keep solicitors moving in the right direction, particularly the vendors solicitor that were less than professional. Proactive in the process. Want to say a particular thanks to Luke, who whilst new to the industry went out of his way to help reach exchange and completion. Would definately recommend them.

GoogleThe person showing my property gave incorrect information and failed to actually answer some viewers questions. Unfortunately saying to viewers "we can negotiate the price down for you" appeared to be the sales tactic of choice. The final straw was being told "you can have one of your batteries but you have to leave the pergola in the garden OK".

We can't overstate how polite, professional and knowledgeable they are. We really did our homework when changing agents and couldn't be happier we chose Ardent Estates. We wish we chose them to start with. They seamlessly managed our sale from negotiation and acceptance of offer, through conveyancing from start to finish. They supported us and also our buyers with the successful completion of our house sale. Their thoughtful marketing description, use of a great professional photographer, as well as drone photography, made a tangible difference to our listing vs. our previous agent. Being a true family (father and sons) business, their accountability and personal desire to sell our house and then see that sale through to completion, was a breath of fresh air. Brett did a brilliant job of introducing us to Ardent Estates, getting our property listed and conducting viewings. Paul calmly and professionally helped keep all the plates of the conveyancing spinning, overcoming various hurdles, through to completion within 8 weeks. Demonstrating his decades of experience in the industry. Diligent, relatable family companies like Ardent Estates are the difference between a property actually completing once sold STC, or falling through during conveyancing. Father and son team who work from home which saves the normal office overheads and therefore keeps the commission rate down. Advertised in all the same platforms as the large companies.
