GoogleI don't think a company could provide a worse service than these muppets.
From our knowledge of this tenancy, we view these comments as malicious and libellous. As regards customer service, Letting Solutions won three Awards in 2017 in the UK’s most prestigious customer service competition for letting and estate agents. We won the Top 3 Agent, Scotland in the Tenant Awards; the Best in County, West Lothian for Landlords; and the Best in County, West Lothian for Tenants. These Awards are based on a comprehensive survey of all our tenants and landlords taking account of various aspects of our management. We won similar Awards in 2016 and 2014. We are happy to be judged by our professional landlords and respected tenants, and let readers form their own view on these comments.
