GoogleA big thank you to Wasim, Wesley and the Team. I came to them in a crisis with a looming unaffordable mortgage, along with a disengenious, conniving, and threatening Lodger ruining my life. They were able to deal with the anti social antics thrown at us in a professional manner. And from Marketing my property, they were able to get a solid offer in the first weeks. They diligently assisted behind the scenes in chasing up a slow reacting solicitor, whilst vitally keeping buyer confidence in what became a protracted legal process.

Got the house, but last minute pressure tactics over the phone weren't welcome. Red flags in how they sell properties, trying to pry at budget information, etc. A higher sale price means better commission for them. Squeezing and rinsing what they can when they shouldn't be. I know estate agents have this sort of reputation, but why contribute to the stereotype? Try to leave those tactics out of the equation in your future dealings and you'll earn more respect from your customer base.

GoogleWe first contacted Simon Miller in 2022 and were impressed by their professional and friendly service. We didn't put our house on the market at that time but vowed when we did Wasim and his team at Simon Miller Maidstone would be the only agent we would contact. In May this year, 2023, we approached Simon Miller again to put our house on the market. We have been so impressed with Wasim and branch manager Kelly. They promised to hold our hand throughout the process and have been true to their word. Wasim has reassured and encouraged us throughout, particularly when we doubted whether we were doing the right thing. Kelly has been proactive throughout the process, with regular updates and information. When we've dealt with other members of staff they too have been professional and friendly. We can't praise Wasim and Kelly enough at Simon Miller and we would 100% recommend the team at Maidstone to anyone. In this day and age where customer service and professionalism is often lacking, it's great to find a team who take pride in what they do and clearly want the best for their customers. Thank you to all the team at Maidstone.

GoogleWe recently dealt with the team Maidstone at Simon Miller & Company, when we purchased a house hat they had listed. The team were incredibly professional, supportive and really helped us out through a tricky conveyancing process, stepping in at the last minute to help prevent the sale falling through. They were really friendly, very easy to get hold of and really honest and up front with us throughout the process. Particular shout out to Kelly and Wasim who were great! Side note, if you're buying, ask their recommendation for a good conveyancer DO NOT USE Premier Property Lawyers, we learned the hard way and nearly lost the sale due to their incompetence. I can't even think about moving house again, but when the time come, we'll be giving these guys a call.

GoogleWe have been very happy with Simon Miller during the whole process of selling our house, lots of viewings were booked and Brooke and Layla did a fantastic job showing our house as we were stunned to get 5 asking price offers within a week of going on the market, resulting in achieving higher than the asking price. Wasim & Gemma couldn't have done more to help us and Kelly was so supportive and genuinely helpful during the most stressful part dealing with our tricky sellers and their unhelpful agents. Really good customer service, all phone calls were returned, all queries responded to quickly. Can't praise them highly enough for all their hard work and we would 100% recommend them. Unfortunately, we had to remarket our property twice due to unforeseen circumstances and this whole process would have been a lot more stressful without their patience, knowledge and support to guide us through this process. No question too small for them and always came back quickly with anything we needed. Mainly dealt with Wasim, Kelly and Gemma who were all lovely as were all staff that I spoke to. He went above and beyond what should have been expected of him to drive my sale to completion and acted as a conduit between me, the buyer and two very testing conveyancers. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. GoogleI contracted with Wasim at Simon Miller and Company to sell my 3 bed Semi in Maidstone after another agent failed to sell. The experience was night and day compared to the previous agent. Pictures were professional and viewings plenty. The house was marketed on several platforms including Rightmove and this drove a lot of interest. Whenever I rang Simon Miller and Company to get an update the responses were clear and complete no matter who in the office I spoke to. Simon Miller and Company were diligent in their screening of potential buyers and understanding their position and proceedability. When a proceedable offer was received Simon Miller and Co were diligent in managing the sale from solicitors to survey to exchange. I had the pleasure of dealing with Wasim however the whole team were great, always willing to help. The amount of viewings we had within the first week was unbelievable and the agents were more than happy to conduct all of the tours on my behalf. What can I say. I dealt with Tracey to start she showed me a couple of properties to rent but one wasn't what I was looking for and the other I just missed out on. Unlike other estate agents/letting agencies where you never hear from them again, they go back to their portfolio or as soon as a new property comes on the market they will call and see if your interested. Then I had a call from Lyndsey said she has a flat one coming up, we went and had a look and it was exactly what I was looking for. Once again I can't thank all the ladies in the lettings department enough made my daughter and me very happy tenants.

GoogleThey don't bother to ring if a house is no longer available as not interested in replying to a message as they have made their comission, just as crap as most agents. Lovely when they are trying hard to shift a house to get their comission though; usual crap!
