Good communication - handled my purchase well. Losing one star as the Solicitors firm they suggest to their clients (sellers) are very poor communicators, which ultimately slowed down the process. Otherwise all good

Cannock branch terrible. Been trying to view a property for ages. The sales guy refused to speak to us. Left a message with a potential date with the rental girls. Nobody has got back to us. Don't they want to sell??

We kept our rental place in very good condition and when we left the property bairstow eves did everything they could to keep our deposit! Even down to lieing about items on the inventory. Horrendous customer service. Avoid the company like the plague

Still waiting for the keys for my property two weeks after moving in..have phoned twice.Always late.Never returned calls unless they needed something.The seller left everything in a terrible condition and estate agent cannot even drop off keys.Poor experience

Booked a viewing and they didn't turn up. Sent me a form to complete but they did not tell me without the details I could not see the property. Totally unprofessional. Will never bother with them again.
