I would highly recommend Bairstow services, specifically Adam and Elaine from the Wanstead branch, they were superb. Since my first contact with them, I felt that I was being listened , they understood my needs and tried to help. In my opinion there are many state agencies out there, but not many really care and have a good customer service as I experienced with Bairstow. Thank you guys!

I am really disappointed. All started well at the begging of the contract but when their is a problem they take so much time to fixe it. Our wash machine went down. We waited 4 month before the agency sent us a technician to replace it. Moreover at the end of the contract we wait 3 month before to have our deposit back. Bad experience. I don’t recommend it.

I didnt use these to sell or rent, rather buy from. Their mansfield woodhouse branch, Verity were very helpful in helping me chase the seller for updates.

Extremely Poor customer service, would not recommend to anyone. Their deposit scheme is an absolute joke for landlords - tenants moved out of my house 4 months ago with clear evidence on checkout report of damages / repairs / removals but Bairstow Eves have not refunded me deposit deductions for what I have had to pay out. Constantly had to chase to try and resolve - inconsistent communication.

DON'T USE THIS AGENT!! They will ruin your life!!!! I've rented a house via this estate agent, the entire time I have to deal with their endless unreasonable requests and horrible manner!!! All staff act like they are King!! Treat customers like dirts!!Shame there is no negative to give!! The worst service and worst estate agent I have ever experienced!! How do this company still have business!!

How do you give zero star? Trying to get my deposit back, Olga, Elizabeth and the rest of the team have been tossing me around. I moved out 2 months ago, my former landlord checked the apartment and was happy for most of my deposit to be refunded but these guys are telling me my deposit refund is now "uploaded for a review" Stay away from them, they are rogues!!

After renting with Bairstow Eves, Billericay for 5 years. What an awful experience. The attitude from the staff to the wait time of repairs (months) was ludicrous. Even to this date trying to our FULL deposit back took over 2 weeks! Why? I am so glad we don’t have to deal with this company anymore! Good bye & farewell.

Poor service all around. Estate agents sold services and then once that was done never bothered to really keep me updated. I had to ring them with updates and then when making an official complaint, that was just ridiculous as well.They have given conflicting/false information and haven’t been helpful towards myself and partner. Wouldn’t use to buy, sell or rent a house with these!

The agents here are completely irresponsible. They don't follow up and treat people badly. I am a buyer when dealing with them. They lost our information sent to them, don't care about data privacy, and are very rude when we ask for a confirmation whether they have finally received our details. I will never let them sell any of my own properties

Exelent attitude and patience from Alicia, i had a lot of questions that were answered very clear and with detail and even after i did a small mistake she ofered me the patience needed to carry me trough the procees 10/10 would reccomend.
