GoogleThe agent was curt and distant when showing us the property. We made an offer ~4% bellow the asking price that the agent reluctantly accepted. I sent an email to the agency, just to be sure. To my surprise I got a reply stating that we'd already been told the house was already under a better offer and I was already told there was no point in making a lower offer no matter what. As far as I know the offer was never extended to the landlord.
Overall an unpleasant experience. I've dealt with several agencies in this area and it was the first time I felt I wasn't welcomed.

I am sorry you found my colleague to be curt, I have only ever had positive comments about her and she is a pleasure to work with.
You offered (with another colleague of mine) £50pcm under the advertised rent and were advised that there was already an asking price offer. It is not up to us to accept or decline an offer, but the landlady had already declined a similar offer.
However, we did pass your offer (and extra information you provided) to the landlady and she declined your offer. You advised us that you would not be increasing your offer, so we offered to help you find somewhere else. You advised us that you were looking at properties via other agents and to take you off our system, which we did. I hope you found a suitable property in the end.

We arrived at one property to find a man had tried to fit all his worldly belongings into his bathroom. His matress wouldn't fit so that was on the stairs and he had a guitar in his living room... Would I like to live here? I think not!
At one property we spent about 20 minutes walking around trying to find the place, they made several calls to their office to ask if they was even in the right area.
Absolute waste of time. I do wonder sometimes if landlords actually know how bad their estate agents are.

tried to rent a property with Wilkinson Estates , arranged a viewing and half an hour before the viewing they called me to let me know that the landlord dosen`t have the proprety for rent anymore , a proprety that was fully managed by them, asked if they have any other propertys for rent and they just told me to look on their website.
