Hi Farkhunda, this feedback appears to relate to our Wembley branch, not Let Correct Maidenhead. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the outcome of your application. To clarify, your application included information that conflicted with details previously provided, the landlord subsequently reviewed all applicants and made their own decision to proceed with another tenant. We appreciate that this is frustrating, but the process was handled fairly and in line with normal practice.
