Thank you Belvoir Lettings Team! [Sharing perspective of a tenant.] This is such a friendly, and professional team. Always helpful (I locked myself out the flat once and they were super helpful and supportive). Always took the time to explain everything clearly if I called with a query. Special thanks to Dominik who was my main contact when I first took the property (5 years ago :) ). Thanks again. 5 stars from me!

Nothing but great service as an agency managing our tenancy. All problems with the property (not that we had many!) we’re dealt with in 24 hours. Very efficient & easy to contact. Dominik has made renting a pleasure, his friendly approach meant I looked forward to every phone call where as in the past I would dread a call from the agent! Dominik has continued to support us in our transition to purchasing a property & I look forward to the continued support provided by Belvoir Maidenhead.

Belvoir Maidenhead is brilliant. Dominik has never let us down, whether by giving great help and advice throughout the five years he managed our property, or being a superstar when it came to valuing and selling it. His friendliness and approachability meant he was always on good terms with our tenants, making renting life work for all of us. We couldn’t recommend him more.

Belvoir managed my letting finding me professional tenants very quickly and then managed the whole letting process efficiently and easily. Because of this, I instructed Belvoir to sell my property. Again the service and support I received was professional and supportive throughout. Dominik is wholly committed to getting the best for a client which he did throughout in a very personable and professional way. I would thoroughly recommend both lettings and sales service.

I can't give any more positive feedback to the team at Belvoir Maidenhead led by Dominic. I am a landlord with two flats and I have received fantastic support from guidance around initial purchases through to finding me reliable high quality tenants. They stand out head and shoulders above the normal letting agents in terms of service and communication- There is no comparison in my experience.

Very helpful and friendly, Belvoir Maidenhead gave us lots of useful advice whilst preparing the property for letting and and also subsequent to the let. Good tenant found at the asking price within a few days of engaging them. Also, as an added benefit, we found that they were considerably cheaper than the local competition.
