GoogleShocking service from this estate agent. When trying to get information on a house via email, got called back saying it wasn’t anything to do with them and I needed to contact another member of staff but they were not available.
When viewing the house, got looked down on as we were a younger couple. Put an offer in and took over a week to hear back which we still didn’t, we ended up removing our offer from the house.
Person at viewing also mentioned for us to use their mortgage advisor, we emailed all our information and to 3 weeks later, still haven’t got a reply.
All together, shocking service from a company taking large amounts of money. Refusing to look at houses they are selling from now on.
