We had a fantastic experience with Paul Birt Estate Agents. We worked with Sorcha who helped us navigate the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. Her video and photography skills are second to none - she is a pro at capturing the beauty of a home to generate interest. She was very accommodating when it came to arranging viewings and we always felt we were well informed throughout all stages of the process. The proactive communication was truly appreciated. Thank you Sorcha. Conor + Linda

An amazing experience selling with Paul Birt. Sorcha dealt with our sale from start to finish and was so helpful. Everything was so quick, we had our property valued and listed within 48 hours. Sorcha kept us up to date with all offers, viewings and marketed the property great. We are over the moon with our sale and definitely would recommend the team . Thanks again

Called on Paul Birt to sell my house, must say it was a quick and straight forward process. From Paul coming out to do valuation and photos to Sorcha who did the viewings. Everything was very professionally dealt with. Sorcha who followed up on the sale was a great communicator dealing with all requests from both parties in a expeditious manner. Cannot fault her hard work. Well done to them all and highly recommended.

Shocking service from this estate agent. When trying to get information on a house via email, got called back saying it wasn’t anything to do with them and I needed to contact another member of staff but they were not available. When viewing the house, got looked down on as we were a younger couple. Put an offer in and took over a week to hear back which we still didn’t, we ended up removing our offer from the house. Person at viewing also mentioned for us to use their mortgage advisor, we emailed all our information and to 3 weeks later, still haven’t got a reply. All together, shocking service from a company taking large amounts of money. Refusing to look at houses they are selling from now on. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!! SHOCKING!!
