GoogleMy experience with MULS (as a property owner) has been first class. Fiona and Martha are unbelievably helpful, pleasant, patient and efficient - they could not have worked harder to secure good tenants for me, making a potentially difficult process straightforward and stress free. I was kept informed of progress at each stage and they were always agreeable and flexible re viewings and other arrangements. I really could not recommend MULS highly enough - thank you!

GoogleFull professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help from every side. Agents are always there for tenants, always willing to dialogue and help solve even the most difficult issues. It doesn't matter if you are a property owner, you intend to be one, or you are simply renting an apartment - MULS is always there for you. Over the 20 years that I have been living in my rented apartment - I can say with a clear conscience that this is the best Agency that has dealt with our property so far. I also know that the property owner also highly praises the cooperation I highly recommend!

GoogleFiona at MULS has been brilliant. From being so accommodating with viewings to the day we moved in, she explained everything so well. They keep in really good contact with us and our landlord with any updates or issues we might have. Would definitely recommend them and hopefully have the pleasure to use them again in the future.

GoogleMUL services assisted me in finding a new house, the staff there were very honest, supportive and patient with me during the process of moving house which at times can be stressful but they had the time to help assist me through this and made the experience more smooth and seamless. I would definitely recommend their service

GoogleWhen, as a tennant, you've been under management false promises for sooooo long, you loose hope!... then you get news that, all of a sudden, you are under NEW-management and OMG even-no-more-hope!.... i love to be wrong, and in this case, i'm happy to be really wrong. MULS have changed the hopes of the x20+ tennants at Briarhill, Antrim. Our landlord could not have choosen a better team to manage his investment! Shout-out to Robyn & Fiona for their persistance in getting done in 3months what took the previous team didnt manage in 6years. Thank you & well done 👍😁 Simmy

GoogleI have been with Mid Ulster Letting for over 6 years. In this time there has been a huge change of staffing and the past 2 years, this company has been fantastic. Robyn and Fiona are both fabulous, they are so kind and helpful, they really go above and beyond for their clients. I would not hesitate to use them again as an estate agency with these ladies in charge.

GoogleVery disappointed in this business.I reported maintenence of a shower leaking through downstairs roof months ago, a boiler that hasn’t been serviced in years, Just pure negligence and felt they did not care. Never returned my calls. And never got fixed. But are quick enough to make you send pictures of the house every 6 months. Been in my house 10 years and gave them my deposit when I first signed. My house got sold and they have no record of having my deposit even after telling me when I signed my new contract with them that it would be protected.

GoogleAVOID!!! Worst agency ever !!!. I woul give 0 stars if I could. They lied to the landlord that my brother was late paying the rent, although that never happened. They charged the landlord for repairs at home that they did not make. When something breaks down, they never fix it. For even the smallest things you have to call and write emails for weeks. They always lie and deceive.

GoogleThe worst agency I have ever dealt with!!!!!!! After these experiences, I would not rent a house from them, even if I lived under a bridge !!! No professionalism, ignoring, lying and finally fighting to get my deposit back !!!
