Sold and bought through Ferriers recently, amazing experience, so helpful. They always answer the phone and emails promptly, always friendly and very pro active. Special mention to Sian at the office who really gets her sleeves up chasing solicitors for you and is just so lovely. Also Neil who was excellent at the initial stages with valuation and viewings. And Brian who couldn't do enough as well. What a team, 5 star service and if we ever move again I'll be calling you straight away. Thanks so much

The best estate agents I have ever dealt with. I am a tenant with the Maesteg branch. Their care and support for tenants is amazing. Cannot fault them. They kept excellent communication throughout the process, from viewing the house to paying a bond and rent to moving in. They also sort out issues extremely quickly. Staff at this branch are super friendly and polite. I will definitely use these estate agents when I buy my own house. ****Update**** I have just bought my first house and used Sarah,the mortgage advisor at Ferriers. She is absolutely amazing. Kept me informed every step of the way. Sarah is very helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond. She gave me excellent advice. Sarah is extremely honest and trustworthy. I recommend Sarah to everyone.

Wouldn't trust them with a garden shed, took environmental health involvement to get repairs done, doubled the rent when I complained, failed eviction because it was classed as unfit for human habitation, reports are on the Tribunal website, what started as a lively home ended up as over 2 years of hell, disabled and potentially made worse by living conditions, avoid at all costs, I feel sorry for the landlord as much as myself due their failings as a lettings agent, rent smart wales, environmental health and court Tribunal all involved and still going on, thankfully I have now secured appropriate accommodation and can start recovery from the impact this has had on my health, just gutted you can't leave -stars. You have been warned, please dont end up in the state i did from dealing with them, court documents and environmental health reports back up everything stated above

This incident has no bearing on the quality of the service provided by Ferriers Estate Agents and this is not the place to air your grievance. As the driver of the vehicle in question, we were travelling on a national speed limit road at 30mph with no adverse weather conditions. We were the only cars on the road and I overtook a single car, not plural as you stated. I passed safely and returned to the correct side of the road long before passing the oncoming vehicle. I didn't cause you or the oncoming vehicle to change course or speed and you're welcome to visit me in the office to see my dashcam footage.

I've been through a few estate agents and found these are very unprofessional. Arranged 2 house viewings. Great. a day before I go to view them, they told me 1 had just been let out but I can still view other if wanted. I understand places do go, but I accepted to view other one 5 minutes later phone call, got to cancel it as the landlord don't want pets.. We had this planned for well over 5 days and I double asked about everything on the phone and email. Very poor in my eyes unfortunatelyNegativeProfessionalism

Me and my partner arranged a viewing for a property marketed by this agent a few weeks ago. When I arrived at the property we were met by a lady who conducted the viewing. After viewing the property we were happy to submit an offer forward for the vendor to consider. However, the agent advised us that they like to market properties for at least 10 days before putting offers through to vendors but I was still more than entitled to submit the offer but this would lead to a delay in getting a response. The property had already been on the market for about a week and the agent ensured us that we would hear a response early the following week. She reiterated several times that she will definitely contact us. However, no phone call, no contact what so ever. Very poor service and the last I checked the property was still on the market. The agent could have easily striked a deal as we were definitely interested in increasing our offer. Shame!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Would never recommed these to deal with selling your property or with the intention of purchasing. The women in Kenfig Hill branch Tanya, we found extremely unprofessional and very rude. She was ubrupt and too busy being outside having a smoke to answer questions about selling our property via Ferriers and with setting up a viewing for a house they were also selling we were interested in. Totally put us off!
