GoogleIncompetent and unprofessional. After complaining in person and by email with no response from the above mentioned, wrote to the Scottish Legal Complaints Committee (SLCC). Committee ruled the firm were incompetent, and upheld three of the four issues raised. The initial action Walter Gerrard & Co were instructed to carry out should have taken up to six wks, it took them over six months. Was awarded compensation, which Walter Gerrard & Co rejected. Subsequently went to a second hearing that came to the same conclusion. Compensation has now been received.
