She has everything in place for an efficient process and smooth move in and so helpful in entire process. I really valued dealing with AM Lettings and cannot recommend highly enough.

I have personally worked along side Anne-Marie for a number of years now. Coming from a contractor point of view Anne-Marie was always very methodical in her approach and never let anything slip quality wise. She installs confidence in the landlord, tenant and contractor. Of which can be a hard juggling task at times.

I had a great experience renting a house for the first time (in the UK). Marie was professional and very helpful, but more importantly, have that kind human side that people sometimes forget when it comes to business arrangements. I 100% recommend her.
