Moving is a stressful business, but Nicola Asquith has facilitated both our sale and purchase superbly. Communication between all parties has, thanks to Nicola, been excellent. Dunderdale have been fantastic with us. Friendly , approachable and nothing is too much for them, even late night calls. We had problems with our buyers solicitor sitting on paperwork and Nicola was so proactive ringing them and chasing them up for us several times a day. I highly recommend this firm .

From the moment we called Dunderdale Asquith to sell our home we new we had chosen the correct estate agent. Nicola and her team have dealt with both our sale and purchase through very challenging times. Nicola and all the staff are professional, curteous friendly and will go more than the extra mile to help with your query. Always answer the phone and deal promptly and efficiently with your question. By far the best estate agent i have dealt with. Excellent on customer service, communication and everything connected with buying and selling your home. I would always recommend using Dunderdale Asquith.

All the staff without exception are superb at Dunderdale Asquith. We sold the family home through Dunderdale Asquith and I personally left them to get on with the job as I trusted their judgement. Very patient and very understanding ..... I highly recommend them and have told everyone to choose Dunderdale Asquith when they are considering selling their property. Outstanding service and team

Have had experiences of both buying and selling with Dunderdale Asquith and they have been brilliant. Nicola, Stephen and all the staff are pleasant and professional but what I found most impressive is how they listen and work with you, so while you get the benefit of their knowledge and experience you always feel very much in the driving seat. I would highly recommend them.
