Absolutely cannot complain. An extremely smooth buying experience, made so by a decent company with fairly sensible processes and a wonderful employee in Lizette (Broadacre Lytham St Annes) who is a credit to the organisation. I would highly recommend going into the conversation about new homes with Morris (and all builders) with a negotiation mindset. Deals can be found over almost anything. Be creative and encourage the developer to be flexible!

As a first time buyerMy experience from showroom till date have been above and beyond.All the staff on and off site have been so friendly honest and helpful. The house is amazing, there was a couple of small issues due to me being picky I asked for a touch up on a cupboard door and they delivered straight away with out questions.I have thoroughly enjoyed my buying process with Morris homes, from meeting Lynne and Jess and going through this process with them till the end with Scott as well, and can't recommend them enough.Even to today's date they are ensuring we're okay Scott even turned our outside tap off for the cold period as he knew we would probably forget.It's also lovely seeing friendly faces everyday and being waved at, it's like being a part of a community.

We visited Morris Homes development in Kineton in Dec. 2023 to view two properties. We were warmly welcomed by the sale representative who provided most of the information we needed on the development and in particular on the property we liked. We have now booked a second appointment to view the site once again before we make a decision albeit not in a position to buy yet.

Lizette, my advisor, was very welcoming, went above and beyond to help me and advise me about how to start the process, explained each step in detail and advised me of the best ways to proceed. I had a lot of questions but I was not rushed or dismissed at any point. Each of my questions was answered and explained. It was a very pleasant experience.

Having both my wife and myself caught Covid-19 at the time of completion, and so not able to physically take possession of our new home, at St Michael’s Park, Northampton, Sales team, Aimee and Jeanette, did everything they could to ensure that our delay, before moving in, was without worry or strife. They have both been most helpful, quick and accommodating in fixing any problems when they have occurred. We felt relaxed when dealing with them when we first met them, due to the friendly way they conduct themselves, whist showing us round the show homes. They kept us informed of the progress prior to completion, making us feel that Morris homes cares for its customers. Lovely ladies both.

Shocking customer service. Don’t get fooled by the sales experience.customer care simply ignore you until your warranty is up.They are probably the worst builder out there in terms of customer care. In our estate everyone is complaining and they ignore us. Even the MD has been involved, same attitude!Buy from any other builder NOT Morris Homes
