After our experience of trying to sell our house for over a year this agency does not deserve any stars at all !! At first be Michelle was so nice . Then she rented our house for a month . Did not tell us she had a dog & then lied about it . We have a pale blue sofa & it was stained when we got home . We asked Michelle about it but she said she did not do it . After having it professionally cleaned the lady said it was definitely a stain from a dog . There was also stain remover in the kitchen but Michelle did not do it . I hate lies !! Very unprofessional, we are used to high standards & this agent is not that ! Would not recommend We have gone back to the states where professionalism is definitely a thing !! You all are unbelievable , review by myself & Andrew Turner

I’ve recently sold and bought houses through Lytham Estate Agents. The service received throughout the process from the whole team, but especially Michelle has been exemplary. From the initial valuation of my house, through to the completion of the purchase of my new home, I’ve been made to feel as though Michelle ‘was with me at every step’. She has been professional but friendly, helpful, and efficient. Her communication has been fantastic … she has kept me updated on progress regularly, answered any queries I have promptly and generally been calm and reassuring. For anyone planning to sell or buy a property, I can’t recommend Lytham Estate Agents enough.

I have been renting from lytham esates for 25 years and have had 6 property's over this time and every property I have rented has always meet my expectations and the staff have always been nothing but polite and respectfull the whole time. Every rental has been an easy process with lytham estates. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with everything before you move in. I have dealt with a few estate agents over the years, and lytham estates are the best estate agents in Lancashire. Great customer care and communication throughout. Will always keep in contact with you when needed and are very highly rated in lytham st annes. Myself and my family would like to thank all the team there for looking after us for so long.
