You showed us the house and let us view it on Valentines Day and even met us late in the evening on the day of completion, as we were relocating.
Your professionalism, dedication and attention to detail shone through and you kept us updated throughout the whole process and at each key stage.
From the date of the first viewing until completion only took 9 weeks in the middle of the Covid pandemic which was unprecedented.

Selling a house is a particularly stressful time and the house I was selling was my late fathers home of more than 30 years, making it more difficult at times. Right from the beginning, Jonathan and his team were courteous, understanding, helpful, informative, sensitive when needed and above all thoroughly professional. They went above and beyond what I have experienced before with Estate Agents and made me feel like they wanted to sell the house not just add it to a list of properties on their books. They communicated at all times, were quick to respond and offered a great link between myself and the buyers for various things.
Finally, the house sold ridiculously quickly which is a testament to his skill and ability in knowing the right people to show the house to.
