GoogleI have owned and rented property in Lymm for over 15 years and cannot recommend Neil, Paul and Paula enough. As a remote landlord having an agent that goes the extra mile when required really makes them stand out when compared to others in the industry

GoogleI would highly recommend using Ridgeway Residential Services; I have rented many properties managed by the team for ten years now and still continue to do so. They are professional, friendly, approachable and always resolve any questions I may have.

GoogleUsed them to let my property. Never bothers to respond to email communication, or do any work whatsoever. Even to the extent that they commission work on the property without approval on a regular basis. I have instructed them every year that I will arrange certificates and they just go ahead and do it without telling me and expect me to pay over the odds for people who are clearly their mates. Don't bother unless you're a landlord who is happy to be ignored

GoogleTenants aren't often treated particularly well by estate agents, but this is not the case with Ridgeway Residential. Paula and her team have been approachable and professional during our tenancy; thank you!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleHaving set up Ridgeway 30 years ago it gives me great pleasure to use the team there to exclusively manage my properties along with buying and selling for me. Personal service from Paul & Paula is second to none.

GoogleI rented an apartment from Ridgeway about 7 years ago and they were always helpful and responsive if there was an issue. We then purchased a property from them and again we only experienced an excellent service. I have now sold a property for them and I can not speak highly enough of Paula. She is exceptional and goes above and beyond. These are by far the best estate agents in Lymm by a long shot.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
