GoogleMy recent experience with Hayward Fox was marred by consistent communication failures and a noticeable lack of professionalism. Attempting to reach them was a frustrating, with calls and emails routinely ignored or met with vague responses. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling undervalued as a customer which led to me and my family finding an alternative property through another agent. Overall, the experience was needlessly stressful and disappointing. In summary, I cannot recommend Hayward Fox based on my experience. Their communication shortcomings and lack of professionalism make them an unreliable choice for real estate services. Use an alternative if possible.
Dear Mr Green I am sorry you have felt the need to post such a negative review and having reviewed the communications between you and all members of the team, these were all timely and professional. The process of appointment booking, viewing, referencing and meeting the landlord all went smoothly and only when you decided not to proceed, due to a ‘change in circumstance’, did things change. I understand the frustration in having your holding fee retained but this is only done in specific circumstances , these reasons and the purpose of the holding fee are explained thoroughly in our application form that was completed and signed by you. It is a shame you decided not to proceed so close to moving in but we respect things can change but they also come with consequences on both sides. GoogleThis review is for the lettings side of the business : Just rented my first property from Hayward Fox and so far I have been extremely impressed by them. Everything that was promised at the start of the tenancy was delivered. The flat was clean, tidy and exactly how you would hope and expect. I find them to be extremely professional and ( excuse the pun ) very accommodating. Very pleased.
