GoogleLuther and his team have looked after our rental property for the past 7 years. We live some distance from Lymington so have relied heavily on them. They’ve never let us down, seeing us through extensive remedial work after flooding, a dispute with a difficult neighbour and much more! They are also thoroughly nice people and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

GoogleI could not recommend Godfrey Charles any higher. Proper customer service that went above and beyond what I was expecting and lightyears ahead of the local competition. Nothing was an issue, communication was clear and timely, just what I needed. Dealing with Luther was a real pleasure, no pushy sales tactics, just proper professional customer service and values, you could tell he actually wanted to help and do a good job of it. GoogleI am a renter and Godfrey Charles are the managing agent. They’ve been excellent right from when I first viewed a property to now when I am living here. The property was beautifully presented at the start of the tenancy and responses to repairs are prompt and well managed. They’re all very lovely people too.

GoogleAs a landlord I used the services of Godfrey Charles for 8 years and couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service I received at all times. The team are very professional, resourceful, effective, efficient and experienced. No problem was too large or too small and whether you are a landlord or tenant I found they were a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again myself.
