Wes helped us view a number of properties from December 2025 onwards. We were very particular about what we were looking for, and throughout the process he was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We never felt under any pressure to make a purchase, and particularly valued his honest and balanced assessments of the properties we were considering.
His knowledge of the local market was clear, but just as importantly, we felt that he genuinely wanted us to find the right property rather than simply make a sale.
FSB were also very supportive once we had found a property, helping us deal with issues as they arose and doing what they could to keep the transaction moving.
Having dealt with a number of estate agents in the Lyme Regis area during our search, in our experience FSB were head and shoulders above the others. Professional, straightforward, friendly and trustworthy throughout.
