We bought our first home in Bishop’s Mead. House is ok and price was ok. The problems are with snags!!!! We flagged 12 to site …. Almost 8 months now, site has only changed a broken tile. Many many phone calls, emails and visits since and their customer care practices here are non existent. Ignorant managers will come up promptly to make promises to get them fixed only to shut you up. But nothing really happens, or hardly happens after you have several nervous breakdowns and countless attempts to contact them. It should be the other way around according to their policies.
My advice when viewing a house, get your own professional snagger, expert trader, mark down every tiny issue you find and the cost for it. Test every inch of the house for this!
Once you do that calculate the cost of the issues and get it deducted from what ever price they are asking g for the house because you are more than likely to fix them yourselves, like myself and others here.

GoogleExtremely disappointed with Persimmon Homes Customer Care. I've had unresolved issues fore more than a year in my garden. Despite multiple complaints, no action has been taken. Additionally, I noticed workers on-site without proper PPE (see attached photo). Poor quality and safety standards. Would not recommend.
