I cannot recommend Ferrinos Estate Agents highly enough. We instructed them in the sale of our property and, coincidentally, they were the Agents instructed on the house we purchased. Selling / buying a house is a very stressful experience and we found the Team at Ferrinos to be very professional and supportive throughout the process. We found communication with Ferrinos to be be very easy. The team are very good at managing the property chain to keep it in place and chasing solicitors to keep things moving in the right direction. Outstanding service from every one of the team at Ferrino in the sale of our house- supportive during every aspect and stage of the process- dedicated staff connecting with buyers, sellers and lawyers to overcome any barriers to progress the sale and ongoing purchase - going above and beyond to keep things moving. Ferrino have been way better than any agents we’ve used in the past. Top class agency at affordable prices. I lost count of the amount of times during the last 3 months that we said “Thank goodness we went with Ferrino!” As we had gotten the usual 3 quotes at the outset. Hands down- this hard working, dedicated and successful team are the best in the area. They have good relationships with relevant local businesses such as property lawyers, other agents and all in the moving business which we found helped the whole process too. We felt that other agents didn’t have the same conscientious input throughout the process, clawing in the business but lacking the backup to take it to completion- but Ferrino were the full package- and they did everything they said they would do- and more. 12 weeks from start to finish. The first viewings arranged on the same day. Out of 5 viewings we had three offers. So they were accurate with the valuation and achieved the full asking price.

It has been a pleasure for us to have Ferrino and Partners sell our property. We have been impressed by their professionalism and personal involvement throughout. As we live some distance away, Ferrino's team were responsible for all the management of the sale. But they went beyond this, from keeping an eye on the house, to checking it during poor weather, to recommending local maintenance and gardening and going out of their way to ensure everything was well. We were kept informed throughout the process and happily concluded the sale recently. A local, independent agency that we can confidently recommend. Lovely people too.

My wife and I were interested in a particular property. So, my wife rang with a particular query on 01/07/24 and was told they would return her call and at the same time provide the information. No one came back so she rang again during the following afternoon, ie 02/07/24. She was told they would come back again. We are still waiting for the courtesy of a phone call. No way to run a business.

Bought and Sold through Ferrino in one single transaction. Moving house can be one of the most stressful things you can do but they made it as painless as possible even during the busiest of times. There were a few hurdles that popped up during the move but were promptly met by Ferrinos professionalism and they worked the problems quickly so everything could progress on schedule. I can't praise Ferrino's staff enough for their help in purchasing one of their properties. Communication was excellent and staff took a lot of care to answer any questions we had promptly, making the process as smooth as possible. We were able to make several visits to the property and appreciated not being rushed in these visits which allowed us to plan the actual move more efficiently. A great housebuying experience. I had a Terrible experience with the estate agents, we lost a property with them after we had our offer accepted. We supplied all of our personal information to them within an hour of having our offer accepted. Ferrino’s placed the property as under offer. 3 days later we lost the property. I feel had they placed the property as SSTC as soon as we had supplied our information we may not have lost the property. We also were not able to renegotiate which seemed a bit odd. Thankfully we have found another property locally and when we come to sell this property we will not be using this estate agents or recommend friends/family to use them.

Tried to arrange a viewing of a property and each time was told they'd get back to me - and didn't. Had to chase 3 times and each time they took my name, phone number and email. The last time (2 days ago), they said they'd arrange a a viewing for 3pm today. By noon today, I still hadn't heard anything so I rang AGAIN only to be told they didn't have my details on the system (sigh!) and that I hadn't been booked in for the viewing. Then I was told that they hadn't got back to my earlier voice mail today because I didn't leave my number . Offers we made were not passed onto the seller, who we found out later agreed a sale for less that we offered. We contacted them to check if they had and they confirmed not. My son also previously used them for a sale, and he complained of them being disorganised, and trying to pressure them into accepting ridiculously low offers below what they had valued his property at, from various nameless 'investment buyers'. Not a one-off incident.
