I have just sold my property through Aroha. I was fortunate to have an extremely proactive buyer and the transaction was completed in six weeks. The team at Aroha were excellent from start to finish, thoroughly professional yet really friendly and helpful. The marketing of the property was very accomplished and I felt that in comparison to other agents they offered a more attractive package at a very competitive cost. There were no complications but with any queries I found them extremely helpful getting clarity from my buyer quickly. The majority of my dealings were with Scott and Lucy and then Georgia as the sale progressed. However, whoever I dealt with from the team was great. I would absolutely recommend Aroha to a perspective buyer or seller. Many thanks.

Aroha had my property on the market, and their whole approach was fantastic! The marketing is modern, fresh and they have an eye for detail when doing all the photos!!So much so they changed their schedule so we could get the sun, I was Impressed! Lucy and Scott are so approachable even with non house selling issues, they lent me a listening ear and have been so supportive in the whole process, even when having to take it off the market. I honestly cannot recommend Aroha enough, we bought our new home through them and what a process is was. Through months of delays and solicitor hold ups, they managed our seller’s frustrations when our sale got held up, and even got involved in our sale that was being handled with another agent. This ultimately managed to get us to a point of exchange. If I could go back I would 100% have used Aroha with my sale, and I genuinely believe we wouldn’t be in our house today if it wasn’t for the team!!
