FacebookWe used Arden Estates (Lydney Office) for our recent house sale, which completed on 21 July. Ardens had been recommended to us by a friend and from the very beginning they were excellent. Sharon was great when she came round to do the valuation, answered all our questions and was very professional. At no time did we ever feel pressured to go with them and there was no hard sales pitch, which is great. Viewings were all accompanied. Once we’d received and accepted an offer, from that point onwards, everyone in the office that we dealt with were fantastic, especially Lucy, Josh and Annalise. Every time we phoned them they were all more than willing to help and got back to us promised. Towards the end we were speaking with them daily. We always felt as though we were their only clients, even though clearly we weren’t, but we were always treated as such. We know we said it many many times, but we want to thank all of the team yet again, you were all brilliant and worked extremely hard for our sale. We couldn’t recommend highly enough
