*DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR HOME MOVE* My parents were using EweMove to facilitate their move to their dream retirement home. After the house had been on the market with little interest for a number of months, Mum and Dad had an offer accepted in July 2023. Things had been progressing, mortgage secured, and were told everything was in order. Around the time that Mum and Dad were planning and arranging my sisters wedding, things started to go quiet despite numerous chasers. Dad then went down to the house to speak with the owner, saying he was purchasing the property and was querying where things were. He was then told by the owner that the house had been sold to someone else and was under offer, despite the property being 'taken off the market'. Would highly advise anyone to stay clear.

From looking at a new home to getting our home on the market - Denise & Stephen have been superb. The service and, most importantly, the communication has been excellent with timely updates in the process. The linkages between buyer, seller and the various solicitors involved in the process have been pretty seamless too. Moving home while coming out of COVID could have been a massive hassle but this hasn't been our experience and a lot of that has been due to Ewemove's support.

I recently purchased a house that Steve and Denise were handling the sale of. I cannot speak highly enough of them both. Nothing was to much trouble for them. As with all house purchases at times it proved to be very stressful. Steve and Denise were always on hand to smooth things out and offer reassurance.
