We had a really good experience when selling our house through Adam and Jones Lutterworth. We had 3 different agents come to give a valuation and give quotes for selling. All 3 proposed the same cost which must be the going rate. However we chose Adam and Jones because of the vibe I felt from them. I immediately warmed to Sue who came to appraise our property and felt we’d be in good hands. She was upfront and honest and explained things very clearly such as the fees and how they would manage viewings. I could tell she has a passion for property and takes pride in doing a good job, as do all the ladies I met who work there. After the initial meeting Natalie and Zena were our main points of contact. They phoned regularly to discuss progress , viewings and when we sold the property they were always willing to make calls and send emails to keep the process going to make sure we got in before Christmas.. There’s a real friendly vibe that you don’t normally get from estate agents, they were very kind and helpful throughout and we were made to feel we were valued as customers. The photos that were arranged were great and I was really impressed with the brochure they created for us. We love our new home so don’t expect to move anytime soon but if we did I would 100% use Adam and Jones again!! I’d recommend anyone to use them.

Natalie and the team at Adams and Jones were fantastic in guiding us through the purchase of our first home. Natalie was a very honest and down-to-earth agent who was transparent with us from the beginning and definitely helped us with going sale agreed so quickly. We also got a recommendation for a mortgage advisor, who did in the end help us get an incredible mortgage rate, which we were so thankful for. Everything was seamless, and we even got a lovely welcome gift box when we collected our keys. We can't recommend Adams and Jones enough.

Very good team, always friendly. We had 2 rental properties managed by Adams & Jones. For the relatively small outlay it's great for us to not have the worry of a potential phone call in the middle of the night. They have a good maintenance team and any work required is fairly priced. In July 2025 we also sold 1 of the properties to the tenants through Adams & Jones which was seamless. I have also recommended to a friend who has also rented his property through Adams & Jones in 2025.

Our move was just ‘a tad’ stressful with Covid hitting in the middle of it all but Becky and the team were simple amazing at making sure our move happened seamlessly. What a fantastic team to work with! After a very long and painful search, losing two properties to unethical agent practice and almost throwing in the towel, the house with A&J came up, and we took one last shot. It was a completely different experience! The team couldn't have been more supportive, faster to act, more transparent or friendlier. We're now happily renovating our lovely house after an incredibly short buying process, and that is largely down to having bought through such an excellent agent. I chose Adams & Jones because of previous reviews. I had to sell my mother’s house but living 150 miles away meant I couldn’t be there for viewings, house clearance, exchange of contracts or key handover. They were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they worked to my timescale. Matt in Market Harborough handled the initial dealings with me, then Janet took over the day to day care of keeping me informed. Everything was done in a timely manner, and it wasn’t straight forward. Fortunately I didn’t have to deal with a chain but, for those who have dealt with Probate, inevitably delays occurred. Well done, team, your personal care was very much appreciated.

We have used many estate agents over the years and thought we had seen the best and the worst but we left the best until last! We put our house on the market at a bad time for the housing market and we had a few ups and downs - three offers falling through.
