I have used Myletz for over three years for all new tenant introductions where they source prospective tenants and carry out referencing. They have given me good tenants and have always been willing to assist with tenant reviews, or where, unexpectedly, there have been issues to resolve, which they have not levied a charge for. They have always offered sound advice and excellent service. Their agreements are fair and rents achieved have been generally above my expectations. Their fees have also been very competitive. I have no reason to call upon other agents as I have been entirely satisfied with all aspects of their service.
