I moved to Leagrave in August 2019 from abroad and Yasmeen from the Leagrave branch went above and beyond to ensure that I got a lovely, affordable place flat to rent. Yasmeen not only did all the usuals she also drove me around the area to give me a tour, moved things around so I could get an earlier move in date than expected and gave me loads of advice, pointers and suggestions about Leagrave and Luton in general.
Yasmeen was really accomodating and not only helped me source furniture for my new flat she also helped me sell it when I was moving out also!
She was really easy to get in contact with whenever their was something that needed to be checked or fixed and insured this was taken care of straight away with no hassle. After I had left the property Yasmeen sourced my remaining post and was kind enough to post this back to Ireland for me also.
With so many agents, regardless of their sector, whether it be education, finance ot letting etc. Being con artists it was very refreshing to meet someone kind and genuine who made my experience in Luton as comfortable and welcomming as possible.
It is also the small things that set Yasmeen and her company apart; such as sending Christmas cards or being able to stop by the office for a chat.
I would highly reccomend Yasmeen and her company.
Lucy.
