GoogleCompletely unprofessional experience. I had a viewing booked for 12:00 and called to let them know I was just 5 minutes away and already outside the property. When I explained which property I was there to see, I was put on hold. When the staff member returned, I was told the viewing had to be cancelled because the agent was delayed due to an inspection and was fully booked for the rest of the day.
The tone throughout the call was unprofessional, and I was simply asked if I wanted to rebook for another day. Later, I noticed that the property had already been marked as βlet agreed,β which makes the situation even more frustrating. If this was the case, they should have been upfront from the start instead of wasting my time.
I received no prior call or message to inform me of the cancellation, despite it already being over 10 minutes past the scheduled time and me waiting outside the property. Very poor communication and a complete lack of respect for my time.

GoogleWorst agency ever. House had a lot of maintenance issues, never resolved on-time. They always made excuses about budget for small maintenance problems. After moving out, they are not paying the deposit back. Creating fake stories about issues, asking us to pay Β£500 for the issues that were not even there when we left. Worst customer service. Not providing the invoices for the things they claim they have fixed.

One of the worst agencies I have dealt with ever. They lie and ignore calls to fix things in the house. If they ever fix something then expect the rent to go up on the date of the contract renewal.
Worse customer service and very unprofessional people
Avoid them at all cost.

GoogleThis company is terrible for correspondence. A flat they manage has flooded my property once a year for the last 4 years. I have been trying to speak to a manager for 8 months. I have been put on hold for over 30 minutes and continually told I will be called back. I have had awful experience with them. Hussain Shah took over 9 months to reply to numerous emails. I would be careful when dealing with this company. I must admit Hassan Ali always tries to be very helpful and at least apologised. Anyway the flat above has another leak. Letβs see how long it takes to resolve this time. I will keep you updated
