First Time Buyers

We recently bought our home through Seamus and Jamie and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the initial viewing Seamus was fantastic and very knowledgable of the property and through to completion, they were professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. They kept us well informed at every stage and helped ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible. Buying a house can be stressful, but their support and clear communication made a real difference. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

First class service with a personal touch

The service from start to finish was excellent. From my initial enquiry to house sale complete Seamus and his team were brilliant. What really sets this company apart from others is the communication with customers - everything is explained and regular updates provided throughout. Service exceeded my expectations and staff go above and beyond. I’d strongly recommend it to others.

Seamus and Jamie were both great with assisting with the purchase of my first home, both very professional and friendly. They also got me a bottle of Prosecco and personalised card as a congrats which was completely unexpected but very much appreciated. It’s always the little things that mean the most :)

Long term client of McAtavey Property Services

We have been a client of McAtavey Property Services for over 20 years. During this time Seamus has helped us find the right tenants for a rental property we have. Seamus is diligent and professional in his approach. He has now been joined with Jamie who complements the years of experience that Seamus has in this business. When it comes to buying or renting property, McAtavey Property Services is our first call.

We recently sold our house with the help of S McAtavey Property services and could not recommend them enough! Both Seamus and Jamie were so easy to work with, especially with having 3 little ones at home. They were beyond helpful, knowledgeable and efficient at getting the house on the market, they also sold the house in only a few weeks! All viewings were completed in clusters to prevent us from having to leave the house too often and we received weekly phone calls to inform us of the progress making sure we were involved every step of the way. We really could not recommend them enough! Thank-you McAtaveys!
