GoogleAs a tenant I have to sey Property Solutions is a wonderful, great and spacial agency with all the staff.
Here is my story.
In the beginning of 2015 I started to work in Northern Ireland, exactly, in Lurgan.
On that time I lived on Albert street to a member of my family.
I had a good job, some money saved,but I was alone, my wife and my children were ,home,in my contry. Then I decided to bring over my family.
As the time passt I was messing my family, but I couldn't bring them, I had only one room. I started to look after a house, one agency ask for "this paper" other agency for "other paper ",and I was struggling difficult time,to take a rent in Lurgan.
As I was going home on Albert street, SAD, i saw this agency "Property Solutions "situated on a small street in lurgan.
I didn't hesitate to much, got in ,and asked, if is any house available to rent......,of course, said a wonderful lady, (that I never forget) she told me..........there is a house for you.
After a short chat, she told me immediately, 200 £deposit,and the house is yours.
Wow.......that was fast, I seyd.
I got the house, in 2015 November.
And since then, I lived, in that house.
I'll never forget this.
So spacial agency, and extraordinary, extraordinary staff.
If you read this,I honestly advice you, Do NoT look after other agency to rent a house.
The PROPERTY SOLUTIONS is the best agency.

GoogleI decided many years ago to look after my own property. Big mistake!!
Once I got the devil out I went to a few agency's around the town. After experiencing 2 unprofessional outfits in the town I entered the doors of property solutions and never looked back.
Within 48 hours I had tennents in and they have not missed a beat since.
The detailed inspections are fantastic and put the landlord at total ease.
Lastly the staff. The staff are exceptional in the work they do. They are always on the ball with any enquiries that I have. All the members of property solutions have now become great friends. Here is to many more years of friendship.

Every aspect of management of my properties is taken care of down to the very general maintenance work, with parts and labour included in my package. No fuss. No annoyance.
