GoogleDon’t try rent I’ve applied myself for a house and after a month of the house being available for 2 weeks they were cleaning the house and another 2 weeks waiting for keys and then finally decided that those excuses don’t work anymore they said to me that I have to wait till landlord choosing the application keep in mind that after 2 months still didn’t get a viewing at the house so the way they treat people is very unprofessional.

GoogleIf you are trying to rent a property, use someone else. Martin Anderson had about 5 properties we were interested in. Tried to phone on numerous occasions, no answer. Sent an application through to apply for a viewing, no response. So walked up and called into their office, spoke with Una, who had no interest. Palmed us off saying that 2 of the properties were not ready, and didn't know when they would be ready. Una said that she didn't receive an application but when she check her emails she had and said that she would need to check with the owner if we could view....Still waiting to be told if this is possible!!!! We asked Una if there were any other properties and were told no, to be told when we went to another agency that she had another property in Lurgan in our price range, which she did not mention. Awful service. I would have said something about this terrible service when I was in, but they have so many properties for rent I didn't want to ruin our chances of getting one so I kept my mouth shut, but we got sorted so just wanted to let other people know to not use this company as they are useless and don't really care, customer is down there on their lost of priorities.

FacebookI am trying to see a house for sale since Monday but, there is no one at the office and the calls are going to the answering machine. there is no notice about being maybe on holidays...
Hi Bratosin, we're very sorry for any inconvenience. The office was closed Wed, Thur and Fri of last week. There should have been a new outgoing message to provide info on temporary opening hours but unbeknown to us there was a technical issue and the new message was not recorded. We do apologise. The office is now back to regular opening hours so you can contact us via telephone or message us through Facebook to arrange an appointment.
