GoogleSelling a home can be incredibly stressful, but Julie and the team at Kingham Estate Agents made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable. The support, honesty, and constant updates gave us total peace of mind. Julie treated our sale as if it were her own, and that personal touch made all the difference. GoogleI recently sold my home and purchased a new one through Kingham Property Specialists, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, stress-free, and incredibly well handled. A special shout-out goes to Julie and Clodagh, who were not only exceptionally professional but also genuinely friendly, supportive, and approachable throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, every question answered, every detail taken care of, and every step explained clearly. They made what can often be a daunting and stressful journey feel effortless. Their dedication, communication, and personal touch are what set Kingham Property Specialists apart. They truly go above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did to make both my sale and purchase run so smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell, an absolutely outstanding team and a 5-star experience from beginning to end.

Googlecannot recommend highly enough. From the very first interaction, they were professional, proactive, and genuinely helpful. They handled both my sale and purchase, and the level of service was consistent throughout the entire process. What stood out most was their communication; any query I had was met with a swift, professional reply, which made a normally stressful experience feel incredibly manageable. Five-star service from start to finish."

GoogleI'd say be careful with these guys when I left a rental they tried charging me for a lawnmower that I'd left in a locked shed that had a window. They insisted it wasn't there until I went back to the property and took a picture of it through the window so either their inspector is blind or they are trying to scam.
