GoogleBought a property from Kingham’s and honestly from start to finish the service and help I’ve received has been amazing. All the staff have really helped and guided me through everything that was needed. They consistently went above and beyond to help me get the place I needed. Genuinely, couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you to you all in the office. Appreciate it…. To me Julie consistently went above and beyond for me every time I needed anything. She was extremely knowledgable about the areas the houses were in and with the work needed in each house etc. She’s a great asset to Kingham. I feel terrible only mentioning Julie as the other staff, for example, Clodagh and Kerri were all so helpful too. They all communicated with me in regard to the stages of the sale and followed up when needed. Thanks to everyone in the office.

GoogleI'd say be careful with these guys when I left a rental they tried charging me for a lawnmower that I'd left in a locked shed that had a window. They insisted it wasn't there until I went back to the property and took a picture of it through the window so either their inspector is blind or they are trying to scam.

GoogleWe went sale agreed on our first home in January with Kingham, and from day 1 they have included us in all the updates and guided us throughout the process. I can honestly say that not only were they professional but they genuinely went above and beyond to make this process easier for us! We cannot thank them enough!! When we come to sell our house we will definitely be using them

GoogleDisappointed with this estate agent, paid deposit for a new build. Told at the time the deposit was fully refundable as long as no fixtures fittings were chosen we could cancel and have the deposit back. They were aware we had sale agreed on our home and we advised ours buyers of the approximate moving date. No contact from the estate agent for months, had to chase them and then told wrong info that there was a two month delay. We had to buy another home as at risk of losing our own house sale. When we asked for the deposit back they quoted the terms and conditions saying in the agreement you only get back 50%. Why tell people things verbally then go back on your word. I see the new builds still do not look ready 3 months after the date we were told.

FacebookCouldn’t recommend king ham enough. Julie certainly goes out of her way to find you the right home! The girls are professional and they no their stuff!!! I used every estate agency in Lurgan and I have to give it to Julie she made me feel so welcomed, non-judged and made it her mission to send me as much info about the up and coming house she though would suit my needs. Will certainly be back in the future!!
