I had to leave a review for these guys. Terry and his team are so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and hardworking. They have gone the extra mile to ensure that my rental property is ‘ready to go’ with a new tenant. Contact and communication is easy. Emails and phone calls are always returned. I couldn’t ask for any more, and I am so glad I chose to use this company. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Very thankful to Terry and Ruth for all the help, support and patience as my first time renting/ finding my own property, a process that was daunting and new to me. Terry truly goes above and beyond in making sure tenants are happy and his integrity, professionalism and genuineness shine through from the very start, viewing the property right until the end of the process and signing my lease. His guidance and support in the small details has really meant the world to me. The whole team worked well on keeping me updated throughout. Definitely recommend.

We wanted to rent our house out. Keys left with Terry and his team last Friday morning and house rented by Friday afternoon; with first months rent in our account. Very fast, friendly and efficient service. Terry was also able to organise getting the guttering and facias cleaned within the first week we handed the keys over to him- something we couldn’t find anyone to do. Would highly recommend Apex Property Agency Lurgan.
