South Shropshire is well served in having Mark Wiggin Estate Agents. I have used them for six property sales in the last two years. They punch well above their size in terms of National coverage and contacts. In a difficult time for the property market, their advice and execution has been faultless. GBW

I would like to commend Mark Wiggins and his team’s experience, efficiency, advice and commitment involved in conducting the sale of our property. Having endured the pain of a break in the chain we were very grateful for the efforts that were made to maintain communication links with all parties thus enabling our sale and the purchase of our new property before the stamp duty was raised! Highly recommended.

Our experience with Mark Wiggins Estate Agent has been a very positive one. The team are pleasant, efficient and really do their best to ensure things keep moving in the mad process of buying and selling houses here in the UK. We are now enjoying our new home near Ludlow!

After my husband's death just undera year ago, I decided that I needed to move from the beautiful house we had bought less than a year before, as it was too big, and too remote for me on my own. I approach the team at Mark Wiggin to manage the sale, as they had been responsible for marketing the house when we bought it. Mark and the team were extremely understanding and supportive and gave me excellent advice about timing and marketing. I received an acceptable offer fairly quickly, but after that the sale became a long, drawn out, stop start process, which was stressful, but would have been far more so without the support of Corrabeth Bishop, who did everything she could to keep things moving, and smooth out the bumps (of which there were many) along the way. She dealt with my frustrations in a kind, and sympathetic way, and saw the process through to its (as far as I am concerned) very happy end. Estate Agents often get a negative press, but Mark and his team defy every negative stereo type out there. They are amazing, and thanks to them, I am in my delightful new home.

Mark and Evie were helpful and responsive , always answering our questions and requests promptly. Our house purchase proceeded very smoothly indeed and we are grateful for the significant part they played in this. Their marketing materials and website were excellent and gave an accurate representation of the house we bought. We particularly appreciated how well they cooperated with the agents selling our property. Additional thanks for the gift of a tree to plant in our new garden, a lovely gesture. We would definitely recommend Mark Wiggin Estate Agents.

Extremely happy with the service given by Mark and his team. Evie and Ellie were always helpful and cheerful. We had a most unusual historic property to sell and I’m glad to report that eventually we were successful selling to a charming celebrity who decided to try out the local area’s many attractions. Listing our house created a great deal of interest despite the quiet market and many people viewed, drawn by the beautiful photographs that we will treasure in the future as a lovely reminder of our home. We showed around many delightful people and some less so but throughout the process everything thrown at the team was handled smoothly and professionally. We sold for the asking price despite a falling market so Mark’s valuation & negotiating skills were spot on.

Dealing with Mark Wiggin has been a splendid experience. Mark found us a beautiful house which we were able to secure privately , and without a moment’s hesitation , before it came to the market. He and his colleagues were consistently professional and the whole process was swift and effortless. Having known Ludlow through family for many years it is no exaggeration to say we have found the dream home we always wanted after leaving London. I can honestly say we would never hesitate in using them again but do not expect that to happen any time soon ! - The Beane’s

Mark Wiggin Estate Agents have been first class in delivering a seamless conveyancing professional attitude in marketing and selling our home. They hold the natural good traditional charm of dealing with people expertly and efficently. During our period, Market demands are very fluctuating and they understand transitional times and also know the best practice with profound knowledge of the area on how to pitch right. His delightful hard working team behind him supports the whole ethos of the company, I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone. Always remember, Be IN the market not ON the market if you want results !

They go over and above to give a great service and help the process be as smooth as possible. The property brochure and information on their website was of a very high standard which contributed to an offer being made on the house within a week. A heartfelt thanks to Mark and his team. Mrs W

Mark Wiggins along with Ellie and Evie have been excellent - always professional and helpful. Evie was particularly good in chasing up the process all the way from viewing through offer and then to completion, often negotiating and managing solicitors and others on our behalf. Both Evie and Ellie were really good at organising viewings and managing the people viewing (even when they were late, rude or just didn’t show up!). Excellent service and support and bluntly honest assessment from Mark - what he says is honest, accurate and ultimately helpful even if at the time it might be hard to hear! In a world of dodgy estate agents Mark Wiggins and his team are refreshingly different, properly professional, hugely helpful and bluntly honest!

We would highly recommend Mark Wiggin Estate Agents; they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had a very professional service from them and they definitely went the extra mile. The professional photography showcased the house brilliantly and we had multiple viewings within 24 hours of it being on the market. The property was sold within 5 days! Evie was very professional from start to finish. She dealt with absolutely everything for us keeping us informed every step of the way. We cannot thank Mark & Evie enough for their outstanding service in the sale of our property.

Mark Wiggin Estate Agents were a delight to deal with. They went above and beyond with their enthusiasm and commitment to sell our property. The photos and marketing far exceeded our expectations, (which made the property look fantastic and we firmly believe this helped with getting the viewings!) , followed by an abundance of appointments with an amazing final offer. The communication between us, them and the buyer made the whole process an enjoyable one from start to finish. Despite a few unforeseen challenges, the team guided all parties through with professionalism and a calm approach. Always prompt - Amazing!. Highly recommended, they will do nothing but their best for you .
