Google``One of the best estate agents we have used``is amongst the many expressions of praise appended here though we would go further and say that not only Cobb Amos but Gari Holden and her Ludlow team are the best estate agents we have ever used. Beyond that other clients with similar experiences have pre-empted almost everything we want to say other than for us to underline and praise highly the end-to-end efficiency and utter professionalism of Cobb Amos people and processes. When things go to plan this is undoubtedly their business-as-usual standard but what sets Gari and her team ahead and apart from the norm is how they go above and beyond when a sale becomes unpredictable and runs into difficulties. Cobb Amos is a business of distinction from the choice of company colours and typeface through to the presentation and quality of properties in its branches and is reflected in its equally tasteful and authoritative online presence.

Open to suggestions and offering an exemplary and professional well timed advice of their own, the team looked after our interests brilliantly. Special mention to Sinead, who kept me up to date regularly, showed prospective purchasers around, and for whom nothing was too much trouble. GoogleI cannot even begin to say how brilliant Cobb Amos of Ludlow are., the whole team were excellent We have had a nightmare sale with our buyers solicitors and other agents down the chain not knowing what they are doing, but our agent Gari Holden has been SO on the ball, more often the not she had already done what I would be calling to ask. We couldn't have asked for better service, not often can you say that an estate agent has earned their fee, but they did, every last penny. Thank you.

GoogleWe had 3 agents come to visit us to value and sell our home but when Chris from Cobb Amos, Ludlow came, we knew we had found our man. Chris was informed, friendly and professional and this has been followed through by all the staff at Ludlow. Gari and Cathrine came to measure up, again immensely professional yet you could have a chuckle with both ladies. They all take the stress out of selling the biggest asset you have, your life savings! All our viewing appointments were telephoned through to us by Gari or Cathrine and all were confirmed by email - none were forgotten and there was never any confusion over times or names - and feedback from prospective buyers was telephoned through to us the same day. Our cottage sold within 3 months and the follow through, again all handled by Gari and Cathrine, went smoothly from beginning to end, with one of them always at the end of the 'phone, both fully briefed by the other at every stage. At no point were we left dangling wondering what was going on. We are not moving again but if we were asked by anyone who we thought they should put their trust in to sell their home we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cobb Amos at Ludlow. Thank you team, from both of us, it was a real pleasure dealing with you all.

A very professional and personal approach from our initial market appraisal/valuation through the preparation of the brochure/photography, buyer identification, escorted viewings and completion of the sale. GoogleWe have just completed on our house purchase through Cobb Amos of Ludlow. We had the pleasure of dealing mostly with Sinead, who was brilliant at keeping things on track and keeping us informed throughout what was a long and sometimes difficult process. If and when the time comes for us to move again (hopefully not for a good long while!) we would have no hesitation in using Cobb Amos and would definitely recommend them to others.

GoogleToday we exchanged contracts and it was a blessed relief! We only got here though, because of the, quite fantastic, team at Cobb Amos. We fell foul to some bad buyers. However are onward purchase, who were on with Cobb Amos, stuck with us. Through some gritted determination and much stress we finally got our dream house. But the highlight was dealing with such wonderful people as Shanie and Gari. From the very first call to the day of exchange they have been a delight. Professional, calm, reassuring, friendly and a joy to work with. I could go on but there are not enough words. Please, if you are looking for an estate agent in this area, make the best decision you can and pick up the phone to call these guys. You will not regret it!
