Having bought my home through Castles 16 years ago, when it came to selling recently I wouldn't even consider going to another agent. Tony is exceptional - he really does go above and beyond to help a very stressful time run as smoothly as possible. We had a very challenging conveyancing process, but Tony was only a call or message away to help and give advice. Working with a local, independent business rather than an impersonal nationwide agency makes a huge difference in terms of service and value, and that's certainly true of Castles!

Highly recommend Castles Ludgershall! We first used Castles when we bought our first house via them. We were so impressed with them that when we had to rent the house out due to moving for work, we both agreed we would only want to let it out with Castles. Wendy in Lettings is very helpful and made everything very easy for us. When we knew we could no longer return to the area due to work and decided to sell the house, again, we knew we'd only use Castles. They are always on the end of the phone, or call back when they say they will, they are responsive via email, and are always on the ball. Tony in sales is professional, personable, diligent and proactive. We asked a few other estate agents for valuations alongside Castles, and Tony was the only one who came back to us straight away - we had to chase all the others - and that in a nutshell is why we knew we would stick with them to sell the property. In the 3 years we have been dealing with them as a buyer, a landlord, and finally a seller, we have not had a single problem with them. Tony found us a buyer very quickly and got us a great price. The sale was beset with delays and complications (through nobody's fault) and we owe Tony huge thanks for being so proactive and helping us get it through to completion.

Brillant!!! Couldn’t recommend castles estate agents anymore they are 100% amazing. We had an incredibly stressful sale. From start to finish 9months of stress, a times we felt like all was against us BUT Tony at castles always went above and beyond to do all he could to make sure we were ok and that everyone was doing what they should and pushing for more. He’d always answer the phone (if not a call back the same day minute he got chance) and would give you the time of day for a full chat. If we didn’t have Tony we wouldn’t have moved, simple as that. We are so happy in our new home and it’s all down to him and the team at castles! Honest, Straight talking, no patronising (like some) , and always goes the extra mile. Thank you once again!

I reached out to inquire about a property (3 Rawling court, Andover Rd, SP11 9GJ) making two calls within two days. On both occasions, the male on the phone assured me he would call back, but unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. It left me questioning if my foreign accent played a role. Given this experience, it's evident they might not be as serious about their business as one would hope.

I've seen the rest of reviews posted here.There are all about selling and buying.I had an awful experience with this agency after we've rented a place and we had to end the tenancy.I would not give any stars,but I only can post with one.I just want to advice anyone who wants to deal with them,to be careful.They lie,they do anything to take your money and in the end refuse to give deposit back!!!

Can’t rate both Tony and Wendy highly enough. Tony guided us through the purchase of a property ( Buy to let) something we’d never done before he then handed us over to Wendy who found us excellent tenants and again guided us through the rules and regulations, culminating in them fully managing the property. Completely stress free.
