Initially I was impressed with the detail of the house valuation showing the past sales on Owlcotes Garth, plus the actual valuation which exceeded the other two estate agents I contacted. Once handed over to the Pudsey branch I have to say that both Kyle & Joel were brilliant. They quickly appreciated the bungalow & during viewings managed to extract the best elements to potential buyer’s. The family were kept updated on a regular basis throughout the whole process. I was especially impressed with Kyle over the final month as he was chasing the entire chain to agree exchange of contracts & a completion date - he went over & above all expectations & deserves a commendation. I had a good feeling that appointing Dan Pearce sells homes was the right decision, this was justified & I thank everyone for the professional approach we received. Finally a quote from my sisters: “Their help & support through the whole process was faultless. I think they set a very high standard of care throughout which was quite unexpected & for which we say a huge thank you”

DPSH we’re amazing throughout the entire buying process. As a first time buyer the whole team were able to help me with everything I needed. They’re extremely knowledgable, professional, and an 11/10 score for personable. I really felt like I was talking to friends, someone who was on my side. I couldn’t have asked for me. In particular Kyle who was my main point of contact for the majority of the process. The solicitors I used were not great, but he (and the team at DPSH) were so helpful with chasing things up and keeping me in the loop. Also thanks to Danny for his help too. Having been a property developer for many years before retiring and employed many, many estate agents through my business some not so good some average and a very few very good i can easily say that Dan Pearce are in a league of their own. Each person that works there understands the nuances of what a client wants and requires keeping you up to date either by email or telephone from surveyor Harry to the photographer, the sales people Kyle who is always updating you on everything you could require, Danny and Joel these are all at the top of their game nothings too much trouble always available and have a nucleus of contacts that make and enhances the sale to go through efficiently i even used their recommendations for solicitor and insurers whereby mine who i have been using for over twenty years became less interested Bob Howe of John Howe solicitors was again a pleasure to deal with outstanding performance and less costly than the ones i had dealt for over twenty years. What more can i say well i had started with other agents in Pudsey who were keen to obtain the business but then once obtained and signage up became difficult to contact and deal with the staff changed weekly no one appeared to know anything about the property no matter how much I wrote down for them though when i took the sale away from them they then found it easy to contact me to try and get the business back. The face you see on the posters of Dan Pearce smiling is how you will be using their services. There is lots of choice of Estate agents who you can use but like any business its always better to use a company that you can deal with and be happy knowing that you would deal with them again and that how my wife and i feel. My wife Gill and I were really pleased with the service provided recently by Dan Pearce Pudsey - they carried out all our viewings for us during Lockdown and were very attentive to some of our special requirements relating to isolation etc. Really big shout-out to their lovely agent Felicity for being so positive during the numerous viewings, and, of course, thanks go to Harry for persuading one of our viewers to make an offer. But especial thanks to Kyle Guy for his regular updates and continued badgering of the solicitors involved due to an unexpectedly complex sales process. Additionally, the photos that they took were done by a trained professional and were excellent, at no additional cost. In fact, one of my friends who recently retired from being the city council's Official photographer commented on how good the photos were and that the use of a decent soft filter showed a high degree of attention and skill! Great service and much cheaper than their local competitors. Highly recommended.

My wife and I sold and bought a property with Dan Pearce (Pudsey). The whole team were excellent at every stage and they were extremely helpful and calm even when we weren't. To make this more exceptional this was during the run up to the final stamp duty cut off and he tail end of the pandemic, but they helped us get everything done and sorted so we could make the deadline and save some money. Joel helped us sell our property, with excellent advice on valuation and getting the right people in to view the property. Kyle helped immensely during the sales and buying process, chasing up people and keeping us fully informed of what was going on and reassuring us when things were running close to the wire. They were very accommodating when we had queries about the property we were buying and allowed us to visit the property multiple times to check things. I choose to let DPSH's do a valuation on my property as they were the agents selling the property I was interested in purchasing. Danny completed the valuation, I was impressed with his knowledge and research to back up his valuation. Following this meeting I choose to list my property with DPSH's rather than ask other agents round as I felt confident in my first impressions of Danny.
