A wonderful company

A wonderful company! Excellent communication throughout our application and tenancy, and a very efficient service. Ellen couldn’t do enough for us and it was so refreshing to have a much more direct relationship with our letting agent and feel we could get in touch whenever we needed to. The viewing and application process was so simple, unlike many others, and we were able to move in quickly as needed. Ellen was so kind and understanding and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JonesPottsTaylor.

Excellent Company to deal with

I wanted to write a review and give credit where credit is due. We used JPT to sell our Dads house and the service we received was second to none. Right from organising the valuation to taking the pictures, advertising and organising and assisting the viewings. Communication was fantastic every step of the way. We dealt with Ellen who was extremely professional empathetic of our situation. I was kept up to date every step of the way right the way up to the day of completion. What a really great service..
