GoogleNo wonder Lowestoft high street is in such a bad state. Maybe if you listen to your customers and what there offers are there would be more full premises in the area. Also made up some nonsense about not being able to give a refund saying my details were incorrect. How can they be incorrect if your just reversing the payment? Which you emailed me saying you were reversing it. An then magically the same account details get used to refund me a week later. Your a bunch of jokers, As to your accounts department its just 2 women sitting next to each other in the same office. I could negotiate better sitting on the toilet. Before choosing this company speak to some local people about the rep of this company, not one will say a good word. We appreciate all feedback, good and bad, and we would like to respond to some of the points you have made.
Firstly, we are extremely flattered that the whole of the high street is now on our shoulders, we will take your feedback on board and will try much harder to ensure Lowestoft meets your exacting standards.
We are disappointed you feel that our accounts dept isn't big enough and doesnβt have its own office, we are sure our girls would love their own water cooler but until such time as we have rented all the shops on the high street they will have to make do with having desks next to each other.
In the meantime, I know they would really appreciate your wealth of knowledge on the UK banking system. We must have missed the memo about βreversingβ payments, can you direct us to where that button is please? We do however understand the βrefund processβ which we executed within 2 days, not a week, once you were able to remember your own account name.
It is a shame that even with your constant rude and aggressive attitude to our staff and after we had refunded your application fee you still feel the need to attack us the way you have. We have many satisfied customers who we have no doubt will be happy to offer their opinion to you should you wish to listen.
Even so, we genuinely wish you all the success with your eBay business.
