GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and the poor communication from this company. I am currently three months into a property purchase that has seen zero progress, resulting in significant financial and mental stress.
The root of the issue is the misinformation provided at the start; I was explicitly told by a member of the team that the property had already passed probate. Had I been told the truth that it had not, I would not have proceeded (this is also not referenced at all in the advert they produced for the property).
To make matters worse, their communication is nonexistent. I have waited days for email replies, and despite calling at 9:30 AM and being promised a callback as I was told the agent was "on the phone," I am still waiting hours later.
I expect a basic level of professional courtesy and honesty, neither of which I have received here. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and double-check any information provided by this office.

FacebookBy treating their tenants with compassion and understanding. I found a particular member of staff at the lowestoft branch , very patronising, and unhelpful. When dealing with a client. All about money and and no understanding. Of. People's. Situations. For two and a half years a particular tenent stayed in one of their properties. The rent was completely uo to date but the young ladies partner whom took out the lease with hardimans. Uped and left, leaving. The young lady to deal with all the bills and. Rent. He was an abuser which hardimans. Letting agent. Dawn was. Very aware of they proceeded to hassle her to leave even though she suffers from. Anxiety. Depression and. Bdp. She became quite. Suicidal at rhis time. They was only interested in her leaving . And even threatened that the owners was flying back home from Spain. To. Let themselves whilst she was asleep. I really find that a woman that works there called Dawn she. Is the Lettings officer. Has the young lady moved out of the property. Within a week a new tenant was. Living there. He happened to be a good friend of hers. And the person she had tidy up the property funnily enough he owned his own cleaning. Company. Where she less than a week later was. Celebrating. Him moving in y drinking wine and partying in the house. Would I recommend them no.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve issues amicably, they have shown a lack of professionalism and transparency. They seem more interested in making things difficult for tenants rather than providing a fair and efficient service. Avoid at all costs.
