Poor. Would not recommend and have heard similar from locals. On line reviews appear very favourable but buyer beware, they most definitely do not work with you and don't appear to allow any form of negative review on their site.

Very poor customer service. Total lack of respect for their customers. Poor communication and treated very poorly. We got well and truly messed about.
