We haven’t completed yet, but so far the experience has been really great. Ryan, who showed us a few houses before we found the one, has been a real standout. He’s been so helpful and accommodating, and nothing felt like too much trouble, especially when it came to updating the property’s status throughout the process. I was asked to take my review down as a good will gesture. which I did... I was hoping to see an improvement after a meeting we had. which the meeting seemed to go well. As it stands now. They are not charging me for everything she claimed I did in the house. "state of the house" (poor decorating). but now she wants my full deposit for cleaning 2 carpets and a house clean!!! It's not acceptable. They will do anything to keep your money ! I have my own videos and pictures of the state of the house they left me to live in. That will follow shortly if nothing is resolved.

Rachel Emmerson almost handheld the buyers through the process and offered additional support to the buyers to keep the sale on track.
