GoogleJo and Jamie manage a flat for us and have sold one so we have had experience of both services. Their work is impeccable. They are so dedicated, thorough and hard working and are always up to date on all aspects of their work. I trust them implicitly and know that whilst they are working for us they are still thoughtful about our tenants. Having used other agents in the past I am continually surprised about how much they do for us. It also helps that they are lovely people. I highly recommend Stein McBride and would give 6 stars if I could.

GoogleI’ve had the pleasure of being a tenant for over a year. Jo, Jamie and the rest of the team have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. This was my first time renting and it was such a pleasant experience. If there was an issue they would be on it straight away without hesitation. If I am to ever rent again I would deffo go back to them and recommend them to anyone looking.

GoogleI switched to Jo and Jamie's company about 6 months ago. I have been amazed by the service I have received. Jo is knowledgeable, professional and someone who keeps her promises. All rent collected is paid over the same day by Jamie. Moreover, both of them go the extra mile -they have even dealt with a tenant that is not theirs when I asked for help after the agent for that property ignored all my calls and requests. I cannot wait to move that property over to Jo and Jamie.

GoogleI was recommended Stein McBride by a friend. My previous experiences with Letting agents had been awful but Jamie & Jo really made it as smooth as possible. They were both extremely knowledgable and fed me with regular updates throughout (Even answering my calls late into the evening!). Would definitely recommend and most certainly will be using their services again.
