GoogleHighly Recommend! Pete was a star! My wife & I recently relocated to Cornwall. From the minute we contacted The Property Shop, Pete wasted no time finding us houses to view in our chosen town, Lostwithiel. Pete was incredibly patient and always allowed us to explore properties by ourselves before helping with his professional opinion. Pete was very professional and kept us informed with new properties. After several months we finally found the perfect home and Pete worked hard negotiating the sale. Thanks to Pete and the team.

GooglePete was very helpful in getting a flat sold quickly for close to the asking price. Professional and responsive - I'd use TPS again.

GoogleSuffice to say, our house purchase did not exactly run smoothly, but when we did have a hiccup, Peter dealt with it quickly, professionally and thoroughly. He was easy to contact, provided prompt feedback to emails and was reassuring when need be. We were very happy with the service The Property Shop provided throughout.

GoogleFantastic company to deal with, Tiff and the crew were so helpful helping me find a rental property at short notice at the beginning on the year, They were all very quick to respond to any questions or issues I initially had. 6 months on I’m loving my new home. 🏠 thanks guys …

GoogleUnderstaffed.
Was called by the solicitors at 11.30am to confirm sale & keys ready for collection.
1.30pm got the keys - eventually.
