GoogleRyan was excellent throughout, despite me losing the plot at one point! Sorry Ryan. Ryan is very thorough and professional and always makes it feel like you are going through the process with a friend rather than one of those estate agents who make you feel like that they aren't interested once they have your business. Very friendly, approachable and always available. Thanks again Ryan. Your not bad for a Man U fan and an estate agent!

GoogleRyan has been extremely professional and efficient throughout the selling process. I bought the property through Jefferys 10 years ago and have also let through the Lostwithiel branch and all the staff have been brilliant. When the decision was made to sell, the obvious choice was to use them again and Ryan has liased with the letting team throughout and his knowledge and professionalism has ensured the process ran smoothly and quickly. I cannot praise the quality of service enough and would certainly recommend the Lostwithiel branch of Jefferys Estate Agents and Letting agents for any buying, selling or letting of property.

GoogleRyan has been at this estate agents for over 20 years. I think that speaks volumes as most estate agents tend to move from company to company. Ryan talks honestly and always replies to calls and keeps you updated. He's also full of local knowledge so can make some good cost effective time saving suggestions for buyers and sellers. I wouldn't use any other company and did my homework before using Jeffreys. The professionalism is upheld throughout with a human, humorous approach to de escalate any anxieties. I have highly recommended to all my friends as a good estate agent is a rare thing. Their price is very competitive for the work but they offer a lot more service than their equivalent agents. You will feel as if Ryan is always prioritising your sale even though he is managing a wealth of others, no doubt all feeling as prioritised as I did.

GoogleRyan Morcom at Jeffery’s Lostwithiel was professional, friendly and understanding from the very start. My house sale and purchase was a long process (8 months) and Ryan was always checking in to make sure things were going to plan. The photos and virtual tour were of high quality and the overall service that Ryan provided was fantastic!! Ryan was a constant reassurance to us and made the process much easier and efficient. Highly recommend!

GoogleAMAZING people at Jeffreys, Lostwithiel. I work in a solicitors office (not local) and usually estate agents are not my favourite people!!! But Ryan and his team are wonderful. My friend is buying a property in Lostwithiel through them and they have been truly great. Nothing has been too much trouble. GooglePolite staff.but it's the landlords that should put in writing why they don't want dogs in there property this is not getting done it's probably not these guys fault it's just a problem I'm finding where ever I look .all landlords seem to be the same all they say is no pets This is wrong

GoogleDuring our purchase Ryan intervened twice at critical times on key deal breaker issues to unblock obstacles in the path of the transaction. Knowledge, skills and attitude coupled with good presentation make a significant change from the typical skills package of industry staff. Excellent support staff in Lostwithiel office in addition.
